Orders and delivery
FAN16 costs $39 per set, with Nationwide delivery and cash on delivery. Submitting the form creates an order awaiting confirmation. We confirm stock, address and delivery timing before dispatch. Contact us for wholesale or more than 5 units.
Changes and product issues
Contact us promptly before dispatch for changes or cancellation. If there is a problem with the product, provide the order number and a description or photo so our team can investigate. Customer service explains applicable after-sales arrangements when confirming the order.
Partner access and attribution
Register with your name, phone and password. The last verified partner link click within 30 days before COD creation determines attribution, which is locked when the order is created. A manually entered code is only a verification clue. Messenger orders require reliable evidence. Signed-in partners share their own code without changing purchase attribution. Sign in separately in each browser.
Commission and withdrawals
FAN16 earns $3 per eligible unit. Confirmation records pending commission; it remains pending on delivery and verified COD remittance makes it available for withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal is $3. Requests reserve the amount while the team verifies details and pays manually. A submitted request does not mean payment has been sent.
Refunds and reviews
Cancelled or refused orders do not earn commission. Refunded units reverse the related commission. If already paid, the amount can become a recoverable balance offset against future commission. Suspected self-referral abuse, false delivery or abnormal promotion may lead to suspended referral and withdrawal access during review. Partners can contact the team to dispute a record.
